PAPAKIRANGO (Fly Swat) 

A Maori weaving pattern variation of our Torakaraka print, with a diamond shaped motif. The design represents the warding off of harmful influences. This print has been layered with the Pātangaroa (starfish) a common decorative plait found throughout the pacific.
